We are looking for talented, committed Jewish college-age staff. Are you certified to work on the waterfront? Are you a talented artist who loves children? Or maybe you love planning activities and helping children grow and learn. Perhaps you are a budding educator, searching for that perfect summer laboratory.
We are looking for counselors, swim and other athletic instructors, performing and visual arts instructors, and other specialists as well. All of these positions will allow you to be a role model in our unique and vibrant community.
Hiring Process
1. For all new staff applicants, please complete our online Staff Application. HINT: A recent photo and the required three references and their email addresses are the most common items left off the application.
2. The staff application requires that you list three references and their email addresses. We prefer that, if possible, you submit one educational, one professional, and one character reference. We suggest that you contact your references in advance to ask their permission and inform them that they will be contacted by CRB.
3. Once we have received your complete application and replies from all three references, we will contact you to schedule an interview. It is your responsibility to make sure all forms are submitted.

Thursday March 1: Online Training assignments are distributed via email
Sunday April 1: Training Day #1 in NYC (JTS)
Sunday May 6: Training Day #2 in NYC (JTS)
Monday June 18: Junior Counselors arrive at camp for Staff Week
